Neptune Software plc is a UK registered operating company which is wholly owned by Neptune Software Holding British Virgin Islands (BVI). Neptune Software owns the Intellectual Property Rights to the Equinox Banking System and other Neptune products.

Regarding support to Neptune Software plc UK from its parent, the shareholders are fully committed to the company over the long term and currently re-invest 45% of revenues into Research and Development, the single largest expense for Neptune Software plc's long term liabilities are with the parent company in unsecured long term interest-free loans. The parent company will continue to support Neptune Software plc in this manner and Neptune Software plc is not indebted to any other party.
