Chibuzo is a management and IT professional with 19 years of experience providing software and service-based solutions to the financial services industry. Working with industry leaders in Africa, Europe and North America, he has been involved in entire software development life cycles, implementation projects, and sales. He has a BSc in Computer Science and has attended executive courses at reputable business schools such as Cambridge University & Massachusetts Institute of Technology programmes. Chibuzo is currently Neptune’s Regional Director for East and Southern Africa, with overall responsibility for Neptune's 55-strong operation in that region.

Stacey has in excess of 25 years experience in the banking industry working with many of the leading suppliers of solutions for the banking and financial services industry. Stacey has worked for both Lloyds TSB and Barclays as well as Fiserv and Misys giving him a wealth of experience and knowledge as both a user of software solutions and a provider of banking software.

Chris has 25 years experience in sales, working with many of the leading suppliers of solutions for the banking and financial services industry. This has involved Chris with a broad range of solutions, supporting retail, private and corporate banking, plus trade finance, treasury and risk management; delivered via both licensed and SaaS models.
With over 20 years working in the software industry, Manoj brings a wealth of experience spread over software design & development, quality assurance & control, test automation, project management, off-shore delivery management and setup & management of IT infrastructure. Manoj has worked with clients from Europe, Australia, USA & Africa. He is currently heading Neptune's operations in Chennai.
