Patrick Hayward brings to Neptune 25 years leadership experience in the Financial Services software business, having been a co-founder of Internet Systems (mpct Solutions) the Chicago based ATLAS system provider, the EMEA MD of London Bridge Software and most recently with GoldenSource, the Enterprise Data Management leaders. Prior to entering the software solutions industry he spent 16 years in international banking operations and led the Banking Consultancy business of Arthur Young (Ernst & Young) across Europe. He has a wealth of experience in understanding the needs of bankers in all sectors and in all territories.

He

and
was
Africa
Product
Manager for
the
Novaswift SWIFT
Interface
software
from
Cerberus
Software,
Southampton
UK.
He
holds
a
BSc
in
Computer
Science
and
has
attended
several
courses on
banking
and
Information
Technology.
Chibuzo
is
currently
Neptune’s
Regional
Director
for
Eastern
Africa,
with
overall
responsibility
for
Neptune's
30-strong
operations
in
the
region's
9
countries.

Robert Morschel has over 20 years of software architecture, design and development experience. Prior to joining Neptune, Robert worked as Senior Architect for companies such as Fidelity Investments and Nomura, with extensive experience of both front- and back-office technical architecture in the financial services domain. He holds a post graduate degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Cape Town.

With over 20 years working in Financial Services and IT, Alan Goodrich brings a wealth of experience to the management team at Neptune. Alan is a Fellow of the Institution of Analysts and Programmers (FIAP) and a former Securities & Futures Association (SFA) General Registered Representative authorised to give investment advice from 1989 to 1995. Alan has a strong track record of achievement and innovation working for some of the market’s foremost niche and global organisations in roles ranging from leading development teams, consulting and project management, managing partners and alliances, sales and marketing. In particular, Alan has specialised in successfully launching new and existing products into new market segments.

Prior

Nathalie
has
worked
with

Citroën
and
Goldshield
plc.
Nathalie
holds
a
Marketing
degree
from
the
Business
School

Montpellier,
France.

Ravi Balani brings more than 17 years of broad experience in all aspects of accounting and financial management across varied industry sectors. Ravi leads and delivers rapid strategic business and finance development and has successfully transferred blue chip financial management experience across in B2B and B2C markets in start-up, turnaround and growth companies. Prior to Neptune, Ravi has worked with Bear Stearns, Corporate Foreign Exchange PLC and Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank Ltd. Ravi is a qualified Certified Accountant and holds an MBA in General Management from Middlesex University Business School, UK.

Jessica Petersson holds a postgraduate international legal degree, New Zealand, Masters in International Law and Politics, USA and a LLB Law degree in English and German Law, UK. She gained her HR experience working for law departments and university directorships, law firms and litigation support firms internationally. Jessica was also a world class international endurance athlete selected to represent her country in the Marathon, duathlon and triathlon.
