Integrated workflow engine
Rubikon’s workflow management is integral to all its modules and provides a complete and automated control of operations, thereby increasing efficiency and decreasing operational risk. A set of alerts and notification schemes are part of the built-in workflow module in order to notify employees about actions that require their attention.

Rules engine
The Rubikon externalised rules engine provides banks with controls and the flexibility to change the operating rules without recourse to the software vendor. Banks can make changes in a timely manner to suit their business needs and keep up-to-date with the latest regulations, management policies and market requirements.

Multiple delivery channels
Rubikon’s integrated multi-channel architecture ensures that the customer has a consistent and smooth experience whatever the channel used: branch, ATM, internet, mobile, IDTV, IVR, POS or e-banking.

Virtual “end-of-day” processing
The close of day batch run is a constraint for most banks: the system has to be stopped to perform the daily administrative and financial tasks. Rubikon has eliminated stopping the system for executing the  end-of-day batch processing by using the virtual end of the day processing concept and therefore provides a seamless transition from one day to another without having to stop bank operations, offering 24*7 availability.

Easy compliance with regulatory obligations
Rubikon supports a comprehensive risk management system including Basel II (credit, market and operational risks), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), IAS-39 and an anti-money laundering (AML) module that has the ability to detect suspicious transactions, taking into account Know Your Customer (KYC) parameters.

Integrated customer relationship and case management
Customer relationship and case management is an integrated part of the Rubikon solution. Banks can create a customised, rich and differientated value proposition for their customers.

Flexible product definition
